NH by Nurita Harith – Website (Online Store) Policies

1.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy (Online Purchases Only)

  • Exchanges are strictly allowed within 7 days from the date the order is received.
  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags intact.
  • Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are advised to check available sizes and designs on our website before requesting an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Once the exchange request form is completed and any required payment is made, we will arrange courier pickup and redelivery. Airway bill details will be sent via email.
  • Any price difference will be communicated and must be settled before processing.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including sale items.
  • 📌 To initiate an exchange, customers must complete the official exchange form provided by NH by Nurita Harith.

2.⁠ ⁠Delivery & Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Deliveries including Lalamove are not processed on Sundays, Mondays, or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be handled on the next working day.
  • Courier delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • International deliveries typically take 7–14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.
  • NH by Nurita Harith is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds, credit refunds, or payment reversals are offered for any online purchases.
  • All approved cases will be handled strictly via exchange only, subject to the terms above.

  • Personal information collected (name, address, contact details, payment information) is used solely for order processing and customer service purposes.

NH by Nurita Harith – Physical Store Policies

1.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy (In-Store Purchases)

  • No exchanges are allowed for in-store purchases.
  • All customers are given the opportunity to try on items before purchase, and purchases are deemed final upon payment.
  • Due to limited stock availability and hygiene considerations, exchanges are not permitted once an item leaves the store.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy (In-Store Purchases)

  • No cash refunds, credit refunds, or payment reversals are allowed for store purchases under any circumstances.

3.⁠ ⁠General Store Policy

  • Customers are advised to inspect items carefully before completing payment.
  • NH by Nurita Harith reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with the above policies.
