1. Exchange item must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tag attached to the items. Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability. In other words, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
2. Kindly make sure that returned item is packed and ready for shipment.
